Angie serves as Happy Tails’ Administration Resource Manager and leads the treatment team with structure, accountability, and heart. She plays a vital role in maintaining efficient workflow, high medical standards, and consistent patient care in the fast-paced environment of emergency medicine. She develops and implements training protocols that strengthen team performance and reinforce hospital standards. Angie is constantly pursuing new knowledge and education to benefit Happy Tails, ensuring the hospital continues to grow, improve, and provide exceptional care. She is deeply committed to both professional development and the success of the team she supports. Outside of work, Angie enjoys drawing, reading, gardening, and spending time with her husband and three children. They share their home with Eloise, a food-loving feline.
