Nikki brings over seven years of experience as a veterinary receptionist to the Happy Tails team. As one of the first faces clients see during an emergency visit, she understands just how overwhelming and emotional those moments can be. Her calm presence, patience, and strength help create reassurance during some of the hardest days pet owners face. With extensive experience in veterinary client communication, Nikki balances efficiency with empathy, ensuring families feel heard, supported, and informed from the moment they walk through the doors. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree, reflecting her dedication to continued growth and professional development. Outside of work, Nikki is the proud mom of several German Shepherds who keep life active and full of personality. Nikki is honored to support families and patients alike, helping guide them through emergency care with compassion and steadiness.
