Heaven has built her career in veterinary medicine through developing expertise in clinical support, client communication, and hospital operations. Having served as a veterinary assistant, receptionist, and manager, she understands the hospital from every perspective and is deeply committed to supporting both patients and the team behind their care. With a Bachelor’s degree and a dedication to continuous education, she is passionate about growth, personally and professionally. In her role as Business Development Manager, she focuses on strengthening community relationships, advancing team development, and supporting the continued delivery of exceptional emergency care at Happy Tails. Outside of work, Heaven maintains a small farm at home, caring for a variety of animals and embracing life beyond the hospital walls. She is proud to serve an independently owned hospital that puts patients, people, and community first.
