As a Customer Service Specialist, she is a trusted resource for clients and helps ensure families receive clear guidance and support when they need it most. Kayla has a special interest in veterinary radiology and abscess and wound care, reflecting her well-rounded understanding of patient needs across the hospital. Known for her patience and resilience, Kayla approaches every interaction with compassion and confidence, building strong, trusting relationships with both clients and patients. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on her farm with her husband and children, reading, and taking nature walks.
