Jessica

Jessica brings a strong medical foundation to her role as a CSR at Happy Tails. With experience in both human and animal medicine, she is a certified phlebotomist and certified medical assistant, providing valuable clinical insight alongside exceptional client support. She also holds a degree in Psychology from William Paterson University, which enhances her ability to communicate clearly and compassionately during emergencies. Her combined medical knowledge and interpersonal skills allow her to guide clients with confidence and professionalism. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, crafting, watching movies, and spending time with her family and pets. Jessica’s diverse medical training and thoughtful communication make her an integral part of the Happy Tails team.
