Happy Tails Vet Emergency Clinic is proud to be your neighborhood pet care specialist. We have been providing caring, high-quality emergency veterinary services in Greensboro, High Point, Thomasville, Reidsville, Kernersville, Martinsville VA, Danville VA, Burlington and the surrounding areas since February of 2008. We are the only area vet emergency clinic that is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association and, as such, we are committed to a standard of excellence that relies on making customer care, pet wellness and safety our number one priority.
Our New Patient Center is the portal through which our customers can begin their journey to being a part of our wonderful family of pets and their caring owners. We have great respect for you and your pet’s time and want to make your visits with us as convenient and time-saving as possible. With that in mind, we have created this area where you can get more information about our services, learn about the various forms of payment we accept and get access to helpful websites, articles, and organizations that can help you provide the best care possible for your pet.
Our What to Expect section basically outlines what will happen when you visit our clinic for the first time. It includes reminders about bringing medical history paperwork along with you for the vet to review, as well as details about the amount of time you should plan to initially spend at our clinic and how frequently you should bring your pet in to see us for services such as vaccinations or medication refills.
In addition to caring for your pets, we also want to educate you on how to be the best pet parent possible. In this section, you’ll find an extensive list of services, websites, and organization that serve to enhance the care that your pets receive in our clinic. You’ll also find links to helpful resources such as how to care for aging pets and reputable places in which you can safely board your pet while you’re away on vacation.
Payment for ongoing medicine and costly services such as pet surgeries can put an unexpected burden on your finances. Although we do require payment upfront at the time of service, we offer flexible payment options, including CareCredit, which is a no-annual fee credit card that offers extended payment plans and a quick approval process.
